  24 hours is comfortable for most airport routes. Our longer routes, like Manchester, work best with 48 hours' notice so the journey can be planned properly.

• Do you charge extra for waiting at the airport?

  No, 60 minutes of waiting time is included as standard on airport pickups, and we track your flight so the pickup time adjusts automatically.
